indoor adventure play area for kids from three to eleven. Your children
can let off steam and entertain themselves in a bright, colourful and
safe environment.
Playland Childrens' Adventure Play Area was opened
in 1990 by the innovative owner Perry Underwood. Since then it has proved
to be a huge success with children up to eleven years old. It was one
of the first of its kind in the country and for a while it was the only
one!

Playland is situated above Pop-In Leisure, on the West End of Wells Quay. The play area is bright, colourful and safe for even the smallest child. It is designed to allow children every opportunity to play, climb, tumble and explore at their own pace. Staff are available to ensure the high standard of safety is maintained.
No adults are admitted who are not with a child.
Next to the play area, parents can pass the time in a comfortable seating area, where they have the option of a well-stocked snack bar, with daily newspapres always available and within full view of the children. Even the views from the windows are eyecatching - the busy quay, the channel looking down to the lifeboat house or the childrens' playing field.
